Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering.
• 2 to 15 years of experience
• Technomatix Plant Simulation experience is a must to have skillset (2 years minimum)
• Experience in building DES Models to optimize layout and process.
• Experience with Throughput analysis, Bottleneck analysis, ‘What-if’ analysis
• Able to independently handle requirement gathering, data analysis, model build, scenario analysis, reporting
• Work on analyzing manual and automation lines for a manufacturing setup
• Analyze line parameters such as Throughput, Lead Time and Cycle time, buffer requirement
• Support different teams with simulation model requests and be provide direction on process improvement through simulation modeling. 
• SimTalk Scripting experience / expertise expected to be able to quickly transform complex manufacturing logic into the simulation model.
• Experience running experimenter for Monte Carlo simulations and other parametric experiments and extract necessary data from each experiment.
• Able to handle crisp Video Recording from Simulation models for leadership presentations.
• Good Communication & Keynote / PowerPoint skills. 
• Ideal candidate should have enough experience to take over current projects and quickly ramp up.
• Excellent communication skills
